CANCELLATION POLICY

Riders will be charged the full price for the number of horses reserved if cancellations or changes in number of riders is not made one hour in advance. Please understand that we have a limited number of rides to provide to our customers each day. during periods of high demand many customers are turned away. Allowing sufficient time for traffic etc. is your responsibility. Riding at a later time if you miss your ride is NOT an option.
(the one hour cancellation requirement does not apply in the case of heavy rain at our location )
